Extra Blue is a high-performance, dust-free lightener with a steel blue color, formulated to eliminate orange tones. The lightening elements in the product work synergistically with AC OIL Complex, a blend that protects hair from the stress of bleaching, and Sea Kale extract for a revitalizing effect.
Directions for use: The color must be mixed with the appropriate Oxi Cream developer (10, 20, 30, or 40*), in a 1:2 ratio. Distribute the mixture evenly through dry hair and leave on for up to 45 minutes, checking the lightening every 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly after the processing time is up.
