What we are looking for:

- Genuine passion for hair care and professional products
- Ability to shoot and edit independently (smartphone is perfect)
- Natural, conversational, not over-produced style
- Availability for ongoing collaboration (not just single videos)
- Bonus: experience with professional products (Elgon, Milkshake, Z.one, etc.)
